Sunflower was my first painting that I ever painted. It is very sentimental to me. I look at the beautiful orange, gold, yellow petals and can not believe I painted it. If that sounds like I'm bragging I'm not. I just love it.

It speaks to me. I painted the abstract blue background and it was just surreal. At first it looked unfinished, but when I put it aside for a month, I realized it was complete.
