Hand crafted from start to finish, this gorgeous letter D is so elegant yet rugged. This solid fine and sterling silver mix is a large healthy piece weighing in at 6gms. This initial is so unique and one of a kind, perfect for the Dad or any other initial D. Size is about that of a quarter with a gleaming antique finish. You may request in the notes at purchase to have 16 inch ball chain or ball keychain attached. You may also request a different letter as I have one each of the whole alphabet currently.
I use old world traditional metal casting techniques mixed with my own handiwork and throwing process. Antique yet shiny finishing and buffing with a beautiful depth, each piece is signed by me, dated and numbered. My jewelry is new here to etsy but I have been creating and selling fine pieces of jeweled art for many years now, I hope you enjoy it here.

I only use the good stuff- Silver, sterling and fine 999 silver which is a grade above sterling silver, and I use lead and cadium free silver wire, findings, and clasps. My products are all individually hand crafted- one at a time. Each medium is personally selected by me! Each is collected,, tumbled, crafted, carved, forged, fired, sintered, hammered, poured or thrown. Many of my methods in jewelry creation and silversmithing are a bit unorthodox and old world- however, the end result is a beautiful piece you can treasure for years to come. Every piece I create is unique and one of a kind as it has been crafted with my two hands, not machines- and as precise as I may be, my hands will leave their mark. In other words, my jewelry does appear handcrafted not machined. I also do take some requests for re-firing previously enjoyed silver depending on the amount of tin, bismuth or other alloys in your silver- feel free to ask. I create each piece with the hope that it may bring you a smile or carry a special meaning. I donate approximately 10% of sales to my favorite causes, in hope of cures and to help animals. In my little professional playground I create every day and usually late most nights- gloved, goggled and masked. I find ideas and inspirations in everything and see textures and art in things most might not notice. Your interest is greatly appreciated and I hope you love your piece as much as I enjoyed crafting it.
