Embarcadero RAD XE3 - rapid application development (RAD) for Microsoft Windows company Embarcadero Technologies. The current version of Embarcadero RAD Studio XE3 combines Delphi XE3 and C + + Builder XE3 into a single integrated development environment. It is possible to compile a variety of platforms, in particular, except win32 can compile under win64, and under Mac OS X (Visual Interface invited to create on the new cross-platform library FireMonkey).
The following Windows platforms are supported as development platforms:
Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit and 64-bit)
Microsoft Windows 7 SP1 (32-bit and 64-bit)
Microsoft Windows VistaTM SP2 (32-bit and 64-bit) requires administrator rights
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (32-bit and 64-bit)
The latest service packs and security updates are recommended for all platforms
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 or later
Prerequisites
The product requires a number of prerequisites that are typically installed automatically on your system during the install process if they are not already present. In particular, unless you are installing on Windows 8, the Microsoft. NET Framework is installed on your system if it is not already present.
