This Vintage Holly Hobbie plate is part of the Freedom Series dated 1776-1976.
This is a decorative collector's item, in great vintage condition, features the timeless character by Holly Hobbie dressed in rags with her cat sewing an American Flag and it says:

"Life, Liberty and Happiness... everything is possible with love"
