This dove was handmade and hand stamped with the word 'joy' in stoneware clay and has a heart for its little eye, and a leaf for a wing. It's glazed in a pure Satin White, with a pretty Cobalt Blue glaze in the letters and heart. My JOY dove can be a spoon rest, trinket tray, or tea bag holder. It is 4" " 4" and 1 1/2" high. The glazes are lead free and food safe and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

It's important to have things around that can make you happy, make you smile. I believe that joy comes when we invite it.

All of my birds are eco-friendly, as they stack beneath my mom's larger pieces in the kiln, radiating heat in otherwise empty spaces, so that the kiln fires using less electricity.
