Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. If you are looking to return an item, please reach out to me first to let me know why you are looking for a return, in case there is a way for me to solve any issues prior to that process. If your case was customized with a name, or you purchased a custom case, no returns will be accepted. Only a replacement for custom cases will be accepted depending on the situation. If you would like to return an item, shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
