1) After we prepare the model, we ship it to you by DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT/EMS/HKPAM and give you the tracking number(The process takes about half one day or one day).

2) The shipping time is about 3~5 days by DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT,10 days by EMS,20 days by HK Post Air Mail or Singpore Post.

3)We have much experience on customs clearing,please tell us what is the best price for you for declared value of the package,so that you can avoid to pay high tax.as far as we know , Russia ,Hungary and TURKEY have strict import policy.so if your package is going to those countries,Brazil,Turkey,Russian,Belarus,Ukrane those countries we only offer EMS or SG Post service.CPF number(TAX number) is necessarily you must quite familiar with the policy and tell us what is the best.if you are from Brazil,you must provide your CPF NUMBER(TAX NUMBER)

4) When the package arrive at your local custom,pls contact the custom asap and handover the tariff,the fee depent on your country,if you didn't pay for the tariff,you can't get the package,and we won't abandon the package,if you want to return back,you should pay for the shippment. .
